Your orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority FLAT rate mail, Priority mail, or UPS. groung. Every effort will be made to ship your order the next business day as long as the essentials are available. Due to the nature of these products, Organic/ Natural they are made in small batches for the utmost freshness and your enjoyment. Your orders are hand packaged with the utmost care and inspected prior to leaving this facility. If you receive a package that is broken or damaged or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Contact the postal SERVICE immediately to file a claim. When filing a claim, please be sure to get a Claim Number.

All orders on the web maybe conducted via a secure site at Yahoo / PayPal. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax unless a tax exempt form is provided. You cannot become tax exempt without the completed form. If you live outside Ohio, you do not need a Tax Exemption form.
Return Policy:
All returns of merchandise must be pre-approved and returned within 10 days of receipt. Please call 1-866-997-8731 EST for authorization to return an item(s). All returns must include the “Return Authorization” code, the original invoice number and reason for return. Returned merchandise must be received in the original packaging and in good condition to be accepted. Unless an item was received due to our error, you are responsible for all shipping charges for the return.
